A family business environment in which education was placed central and a range of life changing experiences as of a very young age have provided Robert the desire to understand the true essence of People and what they do, i.e. Processes.

Throughout his life Robert has combined life and experiences with education and research in People and Processes. This continuous combining of knowledge, observation, experiences, education and research have allowed Robert to develop LTR™ and Natural Business Excellence™.

In Robert's view a human being finds balance in his/her life when experiences from the past are coped with by understanding these experiences and by consciously accepting or ignoring them. LTR and ongoing education are the ways to achieve this and ultimately are the means towards a better future for all mankind.
